Apparently times are tough for businesses in Wheaton these days, so we should try to support them as much as we can. With that in mind, I thought it would be helpful for people to share their recommendations for local restaurants.
I'll get the ball rolling myself:
I'm a big fan of Nava Thai on Fern St. It's been really crowded and slow on the weekends, so it's better to avoid peak hours. My favorite is the panang curry.
Royal Mile Pub (Scottish bar and food, on Price Ave. - www.royalmilepub.com) is more expensive, but has great food and a nice atmosphere. There's live music there on the weekends, but I haven't seen it yet. It gets crowded on the weekends too.
I recently tried Puente de Oro at Viers Mill and Reedie and thought it was good. Great refried beans especially.
Please add your own suggestions!

Brrr...
Has anyone noticed how chilly it is in the gym? I turned the heat up to 8o and by the next morning it was no warmer.... The only heating in this room is a small base heater which doesn't seem to work too well. It is so cold that you can see your breath. If I wanted to run outside.... I would. I doubt anything would even be done about this problem. Thoughts?

Creaking Floors?
Hi Folks,
Creaking floors seem to be a particular issue in 10855. Living on the top floor makes this issue tolerable for me, but I know it must be a major burden for #201. (Sorry guys) I raised this issue when I closed but was told that there was a certain allowable tolerance of creaking and all units were within that tolerance.
Have any other buildings experienced this and was it addressed with a satisfactory result. I realize that it involves clearing out bedrooms and pulling up carpet which seems like a major PITA but I might be willing to have this happen if they could guarantee their work. I really regret not making this a conditional issue on closing. And now the problem seems to be worse since I've moved in my furniture. Do you think this is a warranty issue that should be pursued?
